Behind Door #19: Those Amazing Cephalopods

If I weren’t already planning to celebrate Cephalopodmas this Friday, this article on octopus behavior might have convinced me. It’s hard not to anthropomorphize when you read about the possibilty that they might be playing or using tools.

And for more endearing mollucs, check out the pictures of  Euprymna tasmanica (aka the Southern Dumpling Squid) or this video of an octopus escaping through a one-inch hole.
